Winter Drink Menu

Saying goodbye to the holiday drinks is made much easier once you get a taste of what the winter drink menu holds. These warm flavors almost make you forget how cold it is. Some of our most intricate and complicated drinks of the year are featured on this menu. The colder indoor energy of the winter seems to invite the tinkering and tweaking for these delicious concoctions you’ll find here. Read about each below and flag the tasty drink for your next visit!

The coquito

Coquito (little coconut) is a traditional wintertime Puerto Rican beverage using sweetened condensed milk, white rum, spices and coconut milk. We wanted to recreate this drink with an espresso twist. We featured this for the first time on our winter menu 2021, but we’ve been getting requests to bring it back for months already, so we couldn’t wait any longer.

The IRish Goodbye

Just as Irish Coffee was originally invented to comfort worn and wearied travelers, our take on the beloved cocktail aims to do the same. This comforting drink is made with espresso, steamed milk, Irish whiskey reduction, sweetened condensed milk, almond and vanilla extracts and garnished with cocoa dust.

Moose Tracks

This drink is a blast from the past! We use our homemade chocolate syrup and combine it with simple peanut butter powder. This drink is perfectly balanced and not too sweet — a little secret is that we only use brown sugar in our chocolate syrup and nothing else! It’s an amazing comfort drink for these frigid winter days.

Ice Melt latte

This bourbon caramel latte garnished with sea salt is perfect after shoveling snow for a little too long and is sure to help thaw those frozen hands and hearts alike. It starts with a bourbon reduction and house-made caramel syrup, then we combine it with espresso and steamed milk and garnish it with cracked sea salt on top.
