Fall Drink Menu 2023

The heat waves are behind us, school is in session and the flannels and beanies are coming out from wherever they’ve been kept all summer long. It’s the season of changing leaves, bonfires, corn mazes, and, of course, fall drinks at Tala! We have some of your favorite drinks returning and one new addition to the lineup, so make sure you stop in and give each a try!

Pumpkin Spice Latte

It's here! Some say it’s “basic” and cliche, but we say “OMG, it’s delicious, for realz.” Our syrup is made in-house with pumpkin puree, spiced rum, brown sugar, and our special blend of pumpkin pie spices and then combined with espresso and steamed milk. We literally can’t even.

Kumbaya

Nothing brings people together and is more synonymous with a bonfire on a crisp, fall night like the time-honored tradition of crafting the perfect S’more. Everyone has their own unique method for making one, and we wanted to show off how we do it here. Made with espresso homemade chocolate marshmallow syrup, steamed milk, and garnished with graham cracker dust and toasted marshmallows.

Sage Advice

Not all advice is wise, but you can rely on our expert wisdom of combining warm and cozy fall flavors in this new autumn favorite. We add a scratch-made sage, brown sugar, ginger, pear syrup to espresso and steamed milk for a perfect seasonal latte. Take our counsel on this one, have one of these, its truly sage advice.

hay ride

Whether you’re a kid or a kid at heart, who doesn’t enjoy a good, old-fashioned, autumn hayride? This comforting drink is sure to stir up fond memories with every sip. Made by steaming apple cider, heavy-whipping cream, fall spices, and caramel syrup into one heart-warming cup of awesome.

Try the new fall drinks at our new Libertyville Cafe!

Haven’t heard the news yet? We’ve recently opened a cafe connected to our roastery in Libertyville. It’s the perfect place to meet a friend for a PSL and chat so make sure to check it out.
