Summer Menu 2020
Summer is here and we are taking full advantage of it at Tala with feel-good summertime drinks perfect for sipping at the beach or picnicking under the sun. Refreshing, fruity and fun, these are sure to be some of your top favorite drinks.
The Summer Forager
This is summer rendition of our beloved “Forager” drink series, inspired by a favorite summer dessert, Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, and “foraging” in the garden. Made with espresso, strawberry syrup, rhubarb bitters, Chaga chai, and milk of your choice. Break out your picnic basket and blanket and watch your cares disappear!
The Butterfly Effect
A small idea lead to a chain of events that created this delicious and beautiful looking drink. It’s fizzy, sweet and spicy and made with espresso, juiced ginger, agave syrup, coconut milk, and Butterfly Pea Powder served cold. Maybe by simply drinking one will lead to a big impact on the future. Who knows? We do know that Ashton Kutcher would probably approve of this though.
Pineapple Expresso
The Tala take on the summertime beach classic, the Pina Colada. Perfect for lingering and slow sippin’ under the sun. Made with espresso, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and rum syrup, served over ice and garnished with a pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry, and a tiny umbrella. You can’t put pandora back in the box, man!
