At Tala we taste every single coffee before we buy it. We go through a process called cupping, which is a lot like a wine tasting. This process allows us to really understand the elements of the coffee before we make a final decision on whether or not to offer it to our customers. We’re hosting a free public coffee tasting to bring you—our customers—in on the fun!
