Libertyville is Open!
After a long time of dreaming and planning and several months of build-out, we are excited to bring you a cafe in Libertyville! You can find our new cafe in the industrial district tucked behind Liberty Lake. We have quietly roasted in this building for over six years, and are so excited to finally be able to serve our coffee under the same roof as we’ve been operating since the beginning. For us, opening this cafe is like a homecoming.
The journey that brings us to opening our doors is a long one. If you haven’t followed along, you can read a little bit about the behind-the-scenes in our previous posts:
We are not only excited to welcome people into what feels like our roots, but we’re also so excited about the way that this cafe transforms our own lives and work. Selfishly, I’m very thankful for the ability to get an espresso before heading to my office to work in the morning—what a privilege! But beyond that, this opportunity allows us to expand our back-of-house operations which means more cold brew, more house-made syrup, and more coffee. This new build-out expands all of our operations allowing us to support not only this cafe but also our next cafe which is opening in Winnetka soon!

It’s a quick minute off 176 for days you need a good drink on your way into the office. Whatever the occasion, if you find yourself in Libertyville, make sure to stop by the cafe.
