Spring Drink Menu 2025

Spring is here and with it comes the long-awaited spring lineup. With returning favorites like the Ube Latte, Main Squeeze, and Dirty Horchata, you’re sure to find something you love. As we make way in our menu each season for a cafe-exclusive drink, we have had to make some tough decisions. We had to put it to an Instagram poll to ultimately help us decide between bringing back the Violet Beauregard (blueberry maple latte) or the Dirty Horchata. We hope that you enjoy our three returning spring drinks and the unique flavors brought to you by each cafe team this season.

The Ube Latte

Our take on the award winning, cult classic Ube Donut from our friends at Gurnee Donuts. Ube is a purple root  vegetable that tastes like a vanilla wafer cookie. Trust us, it’s delicious! Made with espresso, Ube syrup, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and milk. Oddly enough, it pairs well with its pastry counterpart!

main Squeeze

Long story short, this is definitely not your average lemonade stand lemonade. We’ve elevated ours with strawberry-basil syrup, sparkling water, Angostura bitters, and basil leaf garnish. You’re going to love these fresh spring flavors!

Dirty Horchata

Everyone has their favorite taqueria, but unlike your loyalty, this drink shows no partiality and pairs well with them all. This delicious iced drink is made with rice milk, brown sugar, vanilla and almond extracts, cinnamon, and cold brew concentrate. So good, you’ll find yourself drinking these all time with or without tacos.

You’ll have to travel to each of our three cafes to try every spring drink. We have a unique offering at each one just waiting for you to indulge in the springtime flavors! Stop by each to experience the glory—we’ll give you only a sneak peak into what’s in store.

🌸 Cherry Blossom — Espresso, Milk, Cherry Vanilla Syrup, Almond Extract, Cherry Bitters.

💐 Flower Power — Espresso, Elderflower, White Rose Melange, Rose Water, agave, and Steamed Milk.

🐻 Black Bear — Espresso, Milk, Blackberry Jam, Honey, and Hibiscus.
