Danger Zone Blend

Danger Zone is our darker roast blend. It’s perfect for those looking for a “strong” or “bold” coffee. We ride this coffee right into the “danger zone” (cue Maverick and Goose dogfighting in jet planes) while roasting, and take it darker than any of our other coffees. You see, the darker a coffee is roasted, (the deeper into the “danger zone”) the more the inherent flavors and sweetness of the coffee are lost, and are blanketed by bitter, smokey flavors. That being said, we give you this roast-forward coffee while still preserving the natural sweetness and flavor of our coffees you love. After having this coffee you’ll be ready to “buzz the tower.”
