Join our co-owner and head roaster, Keith, on a tour through our roastery complete with a roasting demonstration and interactive coffee tasting. This introductory coffee unit will take you behind the scenes to learn the basics of how we source, choose, and roast our coffee.
2. Brewing Basics
Join Co-Owner & Head Roaster, Keith Lilja, as he teaches the basics of brewing in our roastery. Learn the nitty gritty about theory, extraction, and the hands-on basics of brewing. You'll walk away from this class with a bag of coffee to start brewing at home immediately!
