Massively sweet and beautifully layered spring and summer flavors

We're always excited about fresh crop samples coming in from harvest, but this year, we've had a ton of anticipation for coffees coming in from Colombia in particular. And even more so, Colombias coming in from our friends at Coffee Quest. For a long time coffee's from Colombia were known very ubiquitously for being generic and middle of the road in terms of quality and flavor. But in recent years that's drastically shifted and now Colombia is one of the most renowned and biggest hot beds for incredible quality and flavor. This coffee from La Victoria, located in Huila is a perfect example of this shift and we cannot be more pleased to get to offer it to you to taste for yourself. Expect vibrant, crisp, fruit flavors like strawberry, black cherry, cranberry, with simple strutted sweetness that's reminiscent of straight sugarcane juice. Take you time with this one. Sit down and linger. This one is probably going to make you want to take the day off, make another cup, and enjoy some sunshine outside.
