A long-awaited coffee from Long Miles Project
Pun fully intended—we’ve been waiting so long to get our hands on coffees from Long Miles, and the moment has finally arrived. The incredible team behind the project has poured heart and soul into uplifting coffee farmers across Burundi, Kenya, and Uganda, with their roots and greatest impact firmly planted in Burundi. We’ve long admired and fondly remembered the Kayanza coffees born from their work, and bringing one of these lots to the table has been a goal we’ve chased for years. When the opportunity finally came together, it proved to be more than worth the wait. In the cup, this coffee delivers a warm, comforting sweetness that feels instantly familiar yet endlessly engaging. Expect rich notes of candied cashews and caramel candies layered with a soft, juicy character of ripe dark plums and stone fruit. It’s a coffee that greets you like an old friend, then keeps you coming back with new nuances in every sip.
