Trabocca, a new Importer parter for us, has deep relational bonds with Ethiopian coffee farmers, and this is especially true with their partnership with Tesfaye Bekele who they've purchased coffee from every year since 2009. Tesfaye Bekele is renowned for putting the incredible coffee growing region of Guji on the map in the world of specialty coffee. This coffee from him is exactly why we wanted to work with Trabocca and are so excited for you to taste it. We love this coffee for its flavors that reminded us deeply of those fruit cups you get in your lunchbox in the 2nd grade, specifically the peach ones in light syrup, rich complex Demerara sugar, and ripe melon that linger in the finish. This one in undeniably delicious!
