Join us on February 28th for a latte art throwdown at our Highwood Cafe. This is bracket-style latte art competition that will have baristas going head-to-head, pouring their best latte art.
Whether you’re a professional barista or a home enthusiast, you’re welcome to join the bracket with a $5 buy-in. Prizes, food, fun, and hangs await all who come, whether entering the competition or just hanging out for moral support! We’re excited to see you there!

We’ll be using the World Latte Art Championship criteria for judging:
Symmetry: A perfectly balanced design where both sides of the pattern mirror each other.
Contrast: Sharp, well-defined edges that showcase control over milk frothing and pouring techniques
Color Balance: Harmony in color blending within the cup, with smooth, glossy foam and even distribution.
Consistency: The ability to replicate the same pattern across multiple cups with precision.
Overall Impression: Creativity, complexity, and artistic impact, rewarding unique designs that push the boundaries of traditional latte art. -
