Libertyvilles 2nd Birthday Recap
This past Memorial Day weekend, here at Libertyville, we celebrated our second birthday! Two Septembers ago, the cafe at the roastery opened its doors for the first time, bringing longtime Tala fans a glimpse into our production process, as well as another cafe to love. For the past two years, we’ve seen an amazing evolution from a cozy and quiet spot to a consistently bustling and busy café! With the location being so tucked away, we feel so grateful to have so many dedicated and excited customers at the café each day. Even so, every week sees countless new faces, often due to word of mouth and friends bringing friends to their favorite hidden gem. It has been a privilege to celebrate our success over the past couple of years, as well as the beautiful customers who continue to make it happen.
We always love an excuse to wear a party hat, and this weekend was no exception! If you joined us for the party, you were greeted with tons of blue balloons and decorations and a few blue baristas (in color, not spirit!) We offered our ever-famous Birthday Cake Latte, featuring a blue gradient and adorable sprinkles on top. It’s always a treat to see who comes in from all over to grab the limited edition releases! One lucky Tala fan also received a one-hundred-dollar gift card from our online giveaway!
It’s only ever a gift to work and witness the busy days at Tala Libertyville. The three days of our birthday celebration were truly a testament to the love felt from the community and to the craft and care from our amazing team. We hope you were able to stop by to see our ever-growing cafe and celebrate our progress with us! Here’s to many more years serving sweet, beautiful coffees in Libertyville!
