Amoret Espresso Blend
Amoret Espresso Blend: A Token of Love in Every Shot
Amoret Espresso Blend is the foundation of our espresso drinks—it’s the coffee we build our milk-based drinks around and the blend that defines our approach to balance, sweetness, and texture. Designed specifically to shine in espresso and milk, Amoret delivers an experience that is both technically precise and emotionally resonant. It’s expressive without being overwhelming, and structured enough to remain consistent across every shot.
Origins & Processing
Amoret is an ensemble of coffees from Honduras, Guatemala, and Costa Rica, sourced from smallholder farms and imported by Genuine Origins Coffee. The blend combines washed and honey-processed lots, allowing us to layer clarity and brightness with richness and sweetness. This intentional pairing of processes results in a cup that is clean yet deeply satisfying, with exceptional balance and depth.
Flavor Profile & Mouthfeel
Pulled as espresso, Amoret is immensely creamy and sweet, offering a plush mouthfeel that carries effortlessly through milk. Flavor notes evoke the romance of a first date: fine red wine, cocoa-dusted truffles, and candied orange peel. The cocoa notes provide structure and depth, while the subtle citrus sweetness lifts the shot, creating intrigue without sharpness. The finish is smooth, lingering, and inviting.
Built for Milk, Beautiful on Its Own
Amoret truly comes alive in cappuccinos and lattes, where its natural sweetness integrates seamlessly with milk, producing a velvety, dessert-like cup without the need for added sugar. At the same time, it remains compelling as a straight espresso—balanced, expressive, and thoughtfully layered.
Coffee with Intention
“Amoret” translates to token of love, a name that reflects the care, intention, and heart behind how we develop and serve our coffee. From thoughtful sourcing to precise roasting, Amoret Espresso Blend is our expression of connection—between producer, roaster, barista, and guest. It’s not just the backbone of our espresso menu; it’s a love letter to the craft itself.
