This sweet Red Bourbon lot, sourced through our friends at Red Fox Coffee Merchants, shines with super-bright, clean acidity and a beautifully balanced sweetness. The first sip pops with candied grapefruit, followed by the juicy sparkle of Rainier cherry. As it cools, soft, fuzzy cream soda sweetness rolls in, giving the cup a playful twist. The result is a complex, glossy coffee with a dynamic personality that keeps changing from hot to cool. Grown near Kayanza, this coffee comes through Umoco washing station, whose name means “light” in Kirundi and serves as a hub for coffee from the surrounding hills.
