A harmonious dance between sweet & cozy and juicy & zesty

The equation is simple with our trustworthy importer friends at Coffee Quest: When they bring in new coffees, get samples ASAP, and like clockwork, there's always at least one that blows us away! We got samples of this coffee from Finca El Jardin "Preship", meaning we received samples before it was shipped from origin, translating to, this coffee is about as fresh of a crop we can get! That freshness really showed through and didn't disappoint. Finca El Jardin is marked with incredible harmony and balance! Beautiful crisp tones of fresh navel orange and raspberry that sang above a round sweetness flavor of dates, brown sugar, and raisins. This naturally processed Pacas varietal coffee was notably very clean and clear in its flavors and tones, showcasing how much care and expertise there was through the processing of (or removing of the coffee cherry from the seed/bean) of this coffee!
