Summer Drink Menu 2022

Summer is here, and of course it also feels half-over already. We have to soak it up as best we can for as long as we can every year. These delicious summer drinks will help you do just that. Savor the sunshine and drink in the goodness.

Now the question you’ve all been waiting for… are we keeping ube on for the summer? Why yes, yes we are!

The Ube Latte

This is a returning and reigning favorite. It’s our take on the award winning, cult classic Ube Donut from our friends at Gurnee Donuts. Ube is a purple root vegetable that tastes like a vanilla wafer cookie. Trust us, it’s delicious! Made with espresso, ube syrup, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and milk. Oddly enough, it pairs well with its pastry counterpart! Last year we created this drink without espresso, but so many people started adding it that we decided to make it officially come with espresso this year. This ube latte is a creamy combination of smashed ube, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut cream, all steamed together with milk.

The Dirty Horchata

This coffee infused Dark & Stormy mocktail was one of the first seasonal drinks we ever offered here, and its back in even better now in slushy form right on time for these hot summer days. It has Caribbean roots and is made with an agave-rum syrup, ginger and lime juice, and cold brew, frozen together in our slushy machine.

The Main Freeze

It’s back, and more refreshing than ever as slushy! Long story short, this is not your average lemonade stand lemonade. We’ve elevated ours with strawberry-basil syrup and Angostura bitters and freeze it all together in our slushy machine. We have no doubt it will easily become your new summer staple.

Go Nutz

You know those sweet, caramelized nuts you get at fairs or carnivals in the summer? Well, this is our Tala take on that solstice snack, and it’s incredible if we do say so ourselves. We combine a brown sugar, almond, pistachio syrup, with espresso, and almond milk to bring you back to being a kid again. Pairs well with riding the Tilt-A-Whirl and cotton candy or funnel cakes.

Which is your favorite?
