Summer Drink Menu 2026

Summer is in full swing, and so is our seasonal lineup. This year’s menu brings back a mix of familiar favorites and fruity flavors built for warm-weather sipping. This season, we’re keeping the Main Squeeze on the menu as your go-to, un-caffeinated staple. We’re also excited to bring back a lineup of returning favorites: the Funky Monkey, Orange You Glad, and Violet Beauregarde. This summer, we’re leaning into the bright, fruity flavors of the season. 🍊 Orange You Glad

cold brew concentrate, orange juice, house-made vanilla syrup, heavy whipping cream, and angostura bitters

🍌 Funky Monkey

espresso, milk, banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, & rum and vanilla extracts

The drink was developed by one of our baristas, Marissa (shoutout!), who loves experimenting with homemade syrups. Created last summer as our Libertyville café’s exclusive summer drink for 2025, this banana foster-inspired latte quickly became a fan favorite, making its return to all of our cafΓ©s this year an easy decision.

Warmer weather is all the rage right now, and so is pairing orange juice and coffee together. We’re doing it right with this dreamy drink that is sure to put a smile on your face. A curiously delicious combination of orange juice, cold brew concentrate, cream, vanilla, and old-fashioned bitters, all served over ice. Trust us, you don’t want to sleep on this one.

lemonade, strawberry-basil syrup, sparkling water

Long story short, this is definitely not your average lemonade stand lemonade. We’ve elevated ours with strawberry-basil syrup, sparkling water, Angostura bitters, and basil leaf garnish. You’re going to love these fresh spring flavors!

This is our take on a freshly baked blueberry pie in latte form! After one sip of this, someone is bound to exclaim, β€œViolet, you’re turning violet!” to you. It is truly the perfect dessert in a cup. It’s created with espresso, blueberry, maple syrup, molasses bitters and a graham cracker crumble to garnish it off! β€œ. . . It happens all the time, they all become blueberries. . .”
