Tala Holiday Party: Cozy Cabin Christmas
We hosted our annual holiday party last Saturday at our roastery, featuring the same theme as the cafes: Cozy Cabin Christmas. Everyone came dressed in their best flannels to eat some barbecue and play bingo. We try to get all of the staff together as much as possible, but it was especially nice to have everyone here to celebrate the holidays. And honestly? One of the better nights we've had in a while.
We had a barbecue set up and some homemade specialty drinks for the winter (shoutout to Joanna).
We played bingo and had some great prizes to give out. Turns out we've got some competitive bingo players on the team. Prizes included a double-seater camp chair (a favorite from the summer barbecues), some cold hard cash, and a "redeem one coupon" for Stefan to cover a shift.
We spend a lot of time in the coffee grind (pun intended), so it was nice to get a chance to just hang out with everyone and celebrate the holidays together. Big thanks to everyone who came through and made it such a great night!
