The spring drink menu is always a favorite. With a few years under our belt, everyone is always wondering which of their favorites will return this season, and which new ones will arrive. Read on to find out.

We have five seasonal drink menus every year. Yes that is correct—five, not four. We have TWO winter drink menus because midwest winter lasts so long, but also because we feel like there has to be holiday festive drinks for the first part of winter, but we all need a change of pace before long, don’t you think?

The long-awaited Holiday drinks are now available in the cafe. We have some rock-star drinks returning this year, with some slight improvements. Just the other day I had a customer say, “dude I’ve literally been waiting a year for this.”

As always, the Fall Menu has been eagerly awaited. We are happy to share this seasons’ lineup of delicious drinks!

We felt like this summer needed a little something extra, a little more celebration, a little more color and a lot more positive vibes. All summer long we are channeling the chill, care-free vibes with Tala Tiki Time.

The moment you’ve all been waiting for has arrived: the spring drink menu launch. We have some of your long-awaited drinks returning and two brand new ones we’re sure you’re going to love. Here’s to the coming of warmer weather, longer and brighter days and so many good things!

For some reason, stockings have always been my favorite part of Christmas. I know for many people stockings are an afterthought, but in our family their the main event. There’s something magical about the myriad of tiny presents—to me it feels like the grand finale at Fourth of July fireworks shows, a rapid fire of epic little treats.

We recently launched our first coffee in our Tala Truest line: the Israel Hernandez Gesha from Tolima, Colombia. As much as we’ve been loving it hot, the thought occurred to us to conduct a wild experiment. It came in a stroke of genius—the kind of genius that seems hyperbolic at first—and we quickly realized it might actually work. We made cold brew with the Gesha, a bold move none of us have seen from the specialty industry before. The result? Amazing. So we’re going to share! This limited-edition cold brew will be sold in bottles in our cafe and be available for Neighborly delivery to local customers.

In celebration of our two-year anniversary at our café, we are having not one but two giveaways lasting all week long. Be sure to participate for epic prizes, good vibes, fun times and lots of air fives.

There is a whole world of exceptionally rare coffee, meticulously cared for by dedicated farmers and produced to perfection. Our café birthday is next week, August 11th. Celebrations will look a little different this year, but we are going to celebrate nonetheless! Make sure to mark your calendars because we will have festivities all week long.
