Spring is finally here, and so is our long-awaited seasonal lineup. With a mix of café exclusives and returning favorites like the Ube Latte, Main Squeeze, and Dirty Horchata, there’s something for everyone to enjoy this season.

Our “Behind The Bar'“ series highlights one of our team members, celebrating their unique contribution to the Tala experience. We believe the connection across the bar can be meaningful and impactful. Our team puts a smile on the faces of so many each day by simply serving delicious beverages and being an authentic presence in each person’s day. Our inspiration came from the classic root beer float—but instead of sticking to tradition, we wanted to ask ourselves the question of: does it float? using our seasonal menu. We tested out which of our drinks could be transformed into creamy, dreamy floats. The result? Unique coffee creations that are as fun to make as they are to drink.

We recently launched our first coffee in our Tala Truest line: the Israel Hernandez Gesha from Tolima, Colombia. As much as we’ve been loving it hot, the thought occurred to us to conduct a wild experiment. It came in a stroke of genius—the kind of genius that seems hyperbolic at first—and we quickly realized it might actually work. We made cold brew with the Gesha, a bold move none of us have seen from the specialty industry before. The result? Amazing. So we’re going to share! This limited-edition cold brew will be sold in bottles in our cafe and be available for Neighborly delivery to local customers.

We are so excited to announce that we now serve Cold Brew Draft Lattes in the our cafe. These are the perfect solution to keep you caffeinated all week long, even when you can’t make it out for your coffee run.
