Despite its core coffees rotating each year, the release of this blend has become a true Tala tradition. It’s part celebration, part reflection, and entirely delicious. It’s our way of looking back on a year spent sourcing, roasting, tasting, and falling in love with incredible coffees, then bringing them together in one festive, feel-good blend. ’Tis the season to drink Tala after all, and there’s no better way to do it than with this extra-special Tala-Day classic.

Tala-la-la-la isn’t just any blend. It’s a curated snapshot of the year behind us, showcasing some of the most memorable coffees we’ve sold and brewed along the way. Blending is an art in itself, balancing origins, processes, and flavor profiles so each component shines while creating something even greater together. For Tala-la-la-la, we focus on harmony, comfort, and a little holiday magic in every sip.
What’s in the Cup
This year’s blend brings together four standout coffees: Finca El Placer, a natural coffee from Colombia that adds rich sweetness and depth; San Diego Mill, an anaerobic coffee from Costa Rica that contributes a playful, jammy complexity; La Morena, a washed coffee from Guatemala offering structure and classic balance; and Reserva Pacavita, a washed Honduran coffee that rounds everything out with warmth and approachability. Together, they create a cup bursting with festive flavors — think chocolate truffles, holiday jam, and roasted chestnuts — comforting, indulgent, and unmistakably seasonal.
